I WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO JOIN ME FOR THE LAUNCH OF THE MATRESCENCE PROJECT (IT’S ONLY TAKEN ME 5 YEARS!)
A gathering of mothers, the women who support them, the families who live with them & those who work alongside them.
Arrive from 6.30pm for a warm welcome & a drink ~ before hearing from me (Beth Bellingham) at 7ish as I introduce ~ Matrescence. The profound & often unspoken identity shift that comes with becoming a mother.
Through my talk, I will bring language, clarity & compassion to an experience every mother feels but rarely understand.
Simply put ~ naming the transition into motherhood by its name ~ Matrescence ~ changes everything.
From 8ish, I will be joined by Laura Andrew (Better Said Studio) for a Q&A session, offering space to explore matrescence more deeply & ask your own questions. All whilst the incredible Becca Aspin (Better Said Studio) will capture the conversation with her narrative intelligence skills.
After 8.30pm, mingle & connect with other attendees in the incredible space, where the walls invite curiosity and conversation.
And be sure to write your Matrescence postcards at the high tables (an area kindly hosted by Mel Deakin (The Connection Club)
Set within the contemporary & modern Humber Street Gallery, this is more than an event.
It’s a moment that The Matrescence Project starts moving. Expect a space that hums with connection & truth ~ where an understanding begins to unfold & it becomes clear that mums need the world to understand Matrescence.
This incredible night will all be captured by the storytelling photographer Holly (Roots & Tales)
I can’t wait to share this special night with you all. Bring yourself ~ as you are with you good vibes, an open heart & open mind.
